Just had a horrible guest. Seems like they are a host too which makes it even more disappointing.
We expect normal wear and tear. Cost of doing business etc.
But this guest mentioned in a message after the fact that his dog peed multiple times on our rug. The dog is either sick or has very dark colored urine because it will not come out. We’ve tried everything. Not looking for suggestions there.
How does Aircover work? Do I try to charge the guest first and if he declines, it goes to aircover? Should I wait until the review window closes so he doesn’t retaliate?
