Me: start on Air BnB

Me: 9 straight 5 Star Reviews

Me: "Hey this is easy! All guests are logical, kind and if you do everything correct give you a good score! Even if they have small issues outside your control."

AirBnB_Hosts: "4 Star Review..." ... "Upset about 4 Star Review"... "Why do the worst people give the worst reviews?"

Me: "Nah if I do what I can, I will get 5 stars"

.....

10th Stay: Lady books for 2 adults and 2 children (4 people is my max). On day of arrival she isn't in the party, it is her "cousin" with two older men and 2 children. (5 people total)

Me: "Uh... I have a limit of 4 people"

The cousin: "Oh we have 3 adults, 1 child and 1 infant"

Me: *they are a different culture... maybe this is a cultural thing...*

Me: "Ok... I only have two beds though..."

The cousin: "That's OK, we brought mats for the floor!"

Me: "Ok but the suite isn't setup for 5 but I am ok with it if you don't mind that."

The cousin: "That's great!"

Me: *It's just the one night and everything is setup and looks great*

............

The next day. They stay 30 mins past check-out, whatever.

We get in and they went through 12 Keurig pods somehow, impressive as our previous max was 6 by two guys who stayed 3 days.

Beds generally fine... sheets swapped around (?)

Just as we were finishing noticed one of the white hand towels under the sink for some reason, covered in what looked like brown dirt, like someone cleaned a shoe with it.

Really odd, but whatever a cleaning test for me.

I leave a generally positive review, as I always do.

The lady who booked, didn't stay with us, left the following:

"Amazing suite. Incredibly Clean. Very Good" = 4 Stars.

*Sigh* Feeling you folks now lol.
