Guest brought “service animal” without notice.
Post Body
Guest brought their service animal to my no pet policy property and Airbnb won’t let me charge them a pet cleaning fee. Dog pissed on the furniture, dug massive holes in the backyard, and chewed up two tv controls and some furniture. Airbnb is saying I can’t charge the guest for damages because it’s a service animal. I am beyond livid right now and don’t know what to do. Has anyone experienced this before?
