Long Term Guests & Utilities
Post Body

How do you handle monthly utility bills for guests who stay longer than 30 days? Do you pass the costs on to the guests after they've checked out? Do you eat the costs? Estimate and include in the fee? Up until now, I've just paid them, but was recently hit with a massive ConEd bill I wasn't anticipating from my last guests. Summer is coming, and I'm thinking if guests want to run the AC 24/7 that is fine, but they should be responsible for the cost. Thoughts?
