This is for my large outdoor beach property. Recently a guest’s dog was bitten by a neighbors caretaker dog.
The properties are open door so it’s hard to get dogs to stay where they belong. I have created a bigger fence at that area but the property is open to the beach.
The guest and obviously I wish this had not happened. They canceled. I offered full refund as I do for ANY complaint. Also offered to pay any vet bills.
Airbnb is investigating and their last question was if I offered compensation to the guest. It seemed like a trick question.
Any help on how to proceed would be appreciated.
