For hosts, how good is Airbnbs insurance?

What are the actual benefits of the Aircover insurance for hosts? I have heard it’s basically useless for most property damage, but curious if it’s useful for liability or anything really.
Say for instance a guest injured themselves on your property and tries to sue you, will Airbnbs coverage do anything for you?
Does it have any real benefits/advantages or is it just a marketing tactic? Any stories or experiences any hosts want to share?
