So I've been doing this for a while now not really thinking much of it but there are quite a few tasks where the percentiles are obviously messed up. It seriously calls into question the validity of numbers I'm getting on certain tasks. Like am I really in the top 20% for x task?
And yes, I know what you're thinking, "the scores compared to others don't matter", but honestly, aren't you curious how good or bad your score is compared to others? Like, isn't the point of aim training to get better at FPS games relative to how good others are? Like on Spidershot Precision, it seems like if I get 77k, then I get 77th percentile. If I get 83k, I get 83rd percentile. You're seriously telling me that for every single thousand I score, it's a percentile? No way. I don't buy it at all. These percentiles aren't real numbers for the most part. Some tasks that have a ton of entries like Gridshot or Spidershot Ultimate may have legit percentiles, but then again we have no clue how many of those scores are botted or cheated.
Idk, just thought I'd bring this topic to light since I'm trying to get 90th percentile on Spidershot Precision and I don't even know if I get it that it's a real number. I got weekly leaderboards for Spidershot Speed and only got a 93rd percentile score. Like what?
