We just recently adopted Agile and have been working with coaches and all. It hasn't been too bad, except that their (management's) choice of Scrum Master is... dubious. She talks, and talks and talks and can't help herself talking some more even when given feedback that she shouldn't talk so much. But last week she did a real doozy, that seemed to be popular and I'm the only one who went WTF!?

She instituted a "birthday club" which isn't my thang, but I don't mind if other people like that kind of thing. It's voluntary to participate in. But last week she decided to do the monthly birthday celebration/cake in our 9:30am standup meeting.
