I just went to their leasing office, and it is a really nice place. But their prices are fking outrageous! I would understand if this were Austin or another dense population area, but $865 a month per person for a 2 bedroom is ridiculous IMHO. Do you guys really think this place will fill up, they don't really even have any good specials. Does this mean they're actually leasing a lot of units? I wouldn't mind paying a little more for the convenience and the luxury, but this is definitely out of mine and a lot of peoples price range.
