imo caregivers can sometimes make it more difficult to regress..

Is it just me? I feel like it’s easier all by myself. No over thinking about what they’re thinking just smol brain timez. My CG* helps me a lot don’t get me wrong! But I just find it easier to coast in the headspace alone.
