Should I tell my therapist I regress

Okay so I have been age regressing for like a year now. I think I have been involuntary regressing for longer I just didn't know it? Anyway sometimes its voluntary sometimes its not. I recently got a new therapist he seems pretty cool but im scared to tell him. Like what do I do if he doesn't think its a good idea? I just need advice please.
Oh and iv never told anyone. My best friend found out actually but other then that I have never told anyone. I'm just scared ig.
