Hai everyone!! Im so glad to have found this subreddit, all of you are so nice!
I have been contemplating being a regressor or a dreamer and am not entirely sure what i am. I have no ill will towards either side btw. I feel like i may be a regressor due to it being something that i slip into when in scared. Im not sure though because i still have big kid thoughts, and i feel like it could be because of my adhd or anxiety, but i cant get all of the thoughts out. Its like if my thoughts were a film reel and i were missing portions of it. The thoughts mostly dont make sense but they dont help me feel little. I regressed last night and it was really calming, but i still had flashes of these icky big kid thoughts that i would rather not think about while watching some cartoons with my stuffies
I was hoping to see if any of you have advice on how i can get rid of these thoughts and on whether i am a dreamer or a regressor
