the amount of times ive forgotten to do basic things like shower, brush teeth and eat is embarrassing. i feel like im constantly not doing enough or the literal bare minimum. and i hate it. i hate that schedules and timers don't work. hate that the only way i get things done is by other people say hey gotta go do this like a literal child. its like everytime i see a schedule or timer my brain checks it off the list like yay you rembered but then dont actually frickin do it. i dont know how to rewire that. i just want to function normally. im not looking for advice or anything like that ive heared it all before. "its all in your head" " your just lazy" " try harder" ect. ect. im just venting cause im frustrated and feel like im broken.
