I feel like I might be becoming too dependent on regression. I usually use regression for some escapism after work (during the school year). However the place where I work over the school year is closed over the summer. Now (as of now) I'm only working like 10 hours a week. So I have a lot more time on my hands. Which means more time to regress; but it's to the point where I feel like I'm regressing too much, and becoming dependant on it. I can "snap out of it" but I can't really stop myself from regressing. It feels kinda taxing to snap out of it repeatedly. Anyone have any advice?
