We all always talk about the rainbow happy side of regression but what's something on the cloudy sad side of regression that no one talks about?

Post Body

I think this is a important topic to share because to often we only show the happy side and it becomes a aesthic thing and its cute. And thats great and all but people need to also see the darker side of it.

I dont enjoy my mental health disorder being romaticized. For me personally not many people talk about the tantrums and meltdowns when you accidentally regress in public spaces. So everyone around you just sees a grown adult/teen having a meltdown. It's embrassing when I come out of littlespace.
