I'm... not sure if this is alright to post here, I hope it is. I've been going through a lot of traumatic stuff lately, lots of really bad feelings coming through. The ABDL/Agere community have become kind of a coping mechanism/safe haven for me mentally, but I'm not really 100% certain how it works. I'm ASD (another increasing revelation for me) and can't really intuit somethings. What are some ways people get into little mode? I'll take any suggestions. I've tried hypnosis to some effect, but most of what i have has sexual overtones. Not that that's bad per se but it's not always what I'm but looking for all the time. When I've been successful, it's mostly been an accidental or incidental slip into it for me. It's one of the few times that I feel comfortable in my own skin and don't want to self harm. Sorry if this not flaired right or anything...
