Dealing w/ Anxiety/Loneliness While Little

I think we’ve all pretty much had the experience of being little and wanting our/a CG and for some reason or another, not being able to get the contact we need from them. My littlest alter was dealing with both loneliness and anxiety at having to spend the night by herself—so rather than let her spiral into more anxiety/rumination on fears & loneliness—I set her up with a 9 min “for kids” workout video from YouTube. This has worked out great for me bc she gets some contact with a trustworthy adult (just by hearing/responding to the voice in the video) and the movement releases all that anxiety so it doesn’t continue building.

TL:DR Exercise videos made just for kids can help soothe anxiety/loneliness and are generally pretty fun for Littles 👍
