So, for some context, I'm both a Little and a Caregiver depending on what's needed. However, my partner is a Little and USE to be a Little and Caregiver as well. However, due to past trauma, they are no longer able to Caregive and even the thought of me regressing in front of them causes them panic attacks, but they regress all the time.
Now, I don't mind them regressing one bit. I'm glad they're comfortable enough to be in little space around me, but it does make me envious since regressing and being in little space (nsfw or sfw) is one of my only healthy coping mechanisms.
Has anyone had to talk to their partner about finding themselves a caregiver? How did it go? How did you broach the subject? My biggest fear is triggering my datemate and/or making them feel guilty about not being able to CG when it isn't their fault. Any advice is greatly appreciated because it's getting to the point where I'm age regressing to some of my middle ages at work without realizing it.
