Post Body

Simple question today! (I hope you all havent minded my daily questions, I am a curious sort!)

What is the one thing you wish someone had told YOU before getting into the hobby that is miniature wargaming, as a whole?

For me, it has to do with way back when I actually was playing Warmachine and Hordes, around 12 years ago. It was the simple fact that you need to wash metal miniatures in soap and water due to the release agent they use on the molds, as that prevents glue from working. No one told me that, and because of this, putting my first ever minis together (at the time, all Warmahordes was metal) was INCREDIBLY ANNOYING. Took ages to learn this one.

I have since learned that Resin works in a similar manner, which is good to know if I ever do ANYTHING with resin bits.

But what about you?
