Counts as your general rules

Post Body

I recently got radukar the beast and saw on his warscroll that he has an ability that says he counts as a general in addition to the one you choose. I'm a little confused as to what this actually translates to, I looked in the core rules on the app for general related things but couldn't find an answer. So quick few questions 1. Other than generating command points and using command abilities wholly within 18" what do generals do? 2. What does a model that counts as a general in addition do for your army 3. If you have more than one counts as a general in addition model, say radukar and nagash do you have 3 generals?
