Question 1. I have recently acquired my battle tome(stormcast) and have noticed some differences between my dominion warscrolls and my battle tome. Do the battle tome rules take precedent or as long as I have the dominion war scroll also are they usable rules?

Question 2. My friends and I are confused and having trouble sorting out Wards and how they work. Does the ward function like an Invulnerable save in 40k or does it deal with individual damage like a feel no pain?

Question 3. I'm just a little overwhelmed by learning the new rules and one of my friends said damage spills over. Could someone direct me to where in the rules it says that. Not becuase I don't beleive my friend but there's just so much to take in, it's hard to tell if I missed it somewhere.
