People that came to AOS after playing warhammer fantasy, why?

Post Body

I asked the reverse question yesterday on the fantasy sub, and got a lot of people saying how they would never touch this setting/game with a 10 foot pole. And I was curious about people that either played the old game or where invested into in some other way then hoped into AOS.

Personally for 3-4 years my only warhammer knowledge came from total war, vermintide, and novels like Malus, and Gortex and Felix. At the time I didn’t have the desire to ability to get into table top minis. And by the time I did AOS 3rd edition was out. I haven’t really played AOS but I’ve invested a lot into warcry and have seen some of the lore around it. I like both settings as their own things.
