Browsing throughout the trans community, it's easy to understand that if you're trans (let's say binary because it make my explanation simpler), you feel very good when you look at yourself in the mirror and "see" your gender. Being agender myself, I was never able to get that feeling (or maybe it's because I haven't found the right way to dress yet).
Yet if you choose to define your gender by "it gives me euphoria", being cis should fit this definition. Does it?
Maybe some of them? If you're a woman with big breasts and a dump truck ass or a man with an 8" penis and a 6-pack, then you're probably feeling good about being close to the male or female ideal. For everyone else who "fails" to live up to that idea: no, most of them don't experience euphoria over their perceived failure.
