Hopefully Im asking in the forum. I’m an American man who met a woman who was born in Sierra Leone but moved to the US and a pre-teen. Without giving too much personal information, her mother is the matriarch of the family and as I understand it, she is very traditional. I have not met the mother but she knows of me and she has told her daughter she is not worried when we’re together because I have been a positive influence.

I expect to meet the mother in the near future and I have no knowledge of her culture or customs beyond what my GF has told me. My question is, what can I do to impress this woman so she knows I’m ready to go to the next level with her daughter?
