Shemira to M+ or Ferael to M?

Hi everyone,
I'm currently running a comp of Shem (M), Ferael (L ), Lucius (L ), Belinda (L ) and Rowan (L). For LB I'm pretty sold about Lucius to M unless I somehow pull another Rowan to get him to L , but I am a bit torn on who to ascend next between Shem and Ferael.
I have two E Shems waiting so theoretically she goes straight from M to A, but I'm wondering if Ferael with SI offers more upside. Thoughts?
