I’m currently a mod in a US based Telegram server. We have great people, but it’s so hard for members to make in-person connections when there’s so much distance between everyone.

I’m looking to change that. Looking for a few like-minded people to start a new group with a more concentrated geographic focus.

To start, the focus will be Alabama, Florida, Georgia Tennessee, South Carolina and North Carolina. Mississippi, wellllll, ummmm, your invite must’ve gotten lost in the mail. Sorry, Texas, there’s already plenty of Texas heavy groups.

If you live in the southeast, and particularly if you have mod experience, I’d love to hear from you. This will take a minute to scale up but I’m confident that a smaller but better aligned group will be worth the effort.
