GTM and Google Ads tracking issues

I recently tried to help a friend out with their business and ran into some tracking issues on GTM and Google Ads because of my limited knowledge in this space.
I created the variables, triggers and tags on GTM and connected them to the conversion events on Google Ads, but despite all but one saying they're connected, in Google Ads it says they're unverified.
Are there any GTM tracking experts that may be willing to help me out? Thank you!
