Approved (limited): Trademarks in ad text

We are a reseller of product X
Our ads go to landing pages to sell product X
We are not authorized to sell product X
Company X has complained to Google.  Google shows our ads as "Approved (limited): Trademarks in ad text"
Should we fight this?  Should we just keep creating new ads?    Anyone with experience with this?
