DSA Metric Discrepancy Campaign / Search Terms

Hello!
Quick question: Why is there a discrepancy between campaign-level reporting and Search Terms?
On the campaign level I see 30k Impression, 8k clicks, 10% CTR while at . Search Term level I see 6k Impression, 2k Clicks, 2% CTR. I'd assume the Search Terms tab would cover the entirety of a DSA campaign. but clearly I'm missing something.
