Restricting Retargeting in Smart Shopping

Hey guys, simple question:
My company is seeing our own ads a lot due to Google Smart Shopping and want it to stop. However we can't exclude IP or Locations. Anyone have a trick for this?
Wish we had a thousand employees to generate our own remarketing list to exclude, but, alas.
