Help! Important keyword gradually lose quality score
Post Body

For context: We are a HIVAC company and manufacturing electric radiators. We drive leads mainly through our google channel. one of our main and most important keyword is "electric radiators" which has poor quality score and it has only decreases gradually. the ad revelance is high but it's said that the landing experience is below average.

Other keywords show that our landing page has average or above average experience so we're not sure what's wrong with this particularly keyword that our website is performing so bad on.

Some may say that it's because of the low CTR that contributes to the low quality score, but if we don't get our quality score up how could we improve our CTR??

And we've been doing a lot of CRO re the website and bunch of testing to get to this website

Looking for any recommendations to improve this

Thanks in advance :)
