How to hide a tattoo after care?

Problem/Goal: Planning magpatattoo ng minimalistic design around my body na matatago ng damit. I'm wondering if possible ba gawin ang after care ng tattoo while hiding it from my fam? Alam naman ng kapatid ko but itatago ko sa parents and grandparents. Conservative kasi sila but I wanted to have a tattoo. Plan ko is near sa collar bone ko ilagay yung tattoo. Any advices po for after care while hiding it or maybe better option? I wear comfortably naman papasok ng work since di naman strict sa dress code.
