- The Problem: Hi! I have recently started my journaling “journey”, whatever you call it, to silently yet healthily vent out and write down my thoughts.
Though, I still have challenges with consistency. I find my thoughts overpowering sometimes that I can’t put it into words and write it down. There are also times where I just feel lazy to reach my journal to write, which defeats its purpose.
What I’ve tried so far: I usually go on Sunday resets to spend some time alone, and I bring my journal and planner with me whenever I go out then find a new place to write.
What advice I need: Maybe, I’m just doing or practicing something wrong. Can you tell me about your journaling practices or maybe tips so I could be more consistent? I know this could work for me!
