For everyone who has taken their boards or is currently reviewing, how do you keep your brain functioning during daily study sessions?
Post Body

I don’t know if this is the right sub for this but for context: I am currently reviewing for the PNLE November 2024, to say, I only have around 70 days to prepare. Every time na nasa review center ako, 8-5pm di ako makafocus, inaantok or kahit anong kinig walang pumapasok sa utak ko. Also, I can’t drink coffee as much as i want din kasi grabe ako magpalpitate and nagtatae ako sa kape haha.

So question, how can I change my review habits? Naguguilty ako kasi feel ko I’m not trying as hard as others and sayang yung learnings na makukuha ko during lectures😩 help🥲
