can’t sleep, too restless

first year student here with classes starting in 3 hours. i haven’t slept a wink at all. grabe parang ilang oras nako nagtry matulog pero when i do, my body just feels restless tas parang di ma “shutdown” yung katawan ko kumbaga. and it’s really irritating kase kanina pako humihiga, trying to sleep for hours tas di pa din nakakatulog.
maybe anxious lang ako sa first year or excited, but what can you say? any advice that can help me sleep?
