hi po! As the title says, i (20 M) keep seeing my ex (19 M) in my dreams almost every other night : ( we broke up last March and honestly, I’ve had a really hard time coping with the separation. It’s hard as it is na, pero i get good dreams like replays of our past memories or dreams like we get back together - or nightmares where his actions hurt me. Regardless kung good dream or nightmare, it still makes me sad every time i wake up, some dreams even feel too real. Does anyone know why these happen or what i can do to stop these : ( thanks !
