Aside from coffee, what is/are the best ways to ease sleepiness?

Sometimes I have enough sleep, sometimes not. When I try to drink coffee I go to CR for #2, but since I'm working at the office I can't take a short nap. Now, any tips and tricks to ease sleepiness, aside from coffee? Thank you!
