Sobrang nakakafrustrate at napaka walang tulong ng customercare email nila, kesyo need ko pa raw magsend ng request letter for updating my mobile number even though I never changed my number.
To cut the story short, i complied. After 2days, check ko na daw ulit, tapos di ko pa rin narereceive OTP. Hayz
So ayun, tinry ko naman tawagan yung phone number nila baka mas mabilis. And Voila! Walang kaarte arte na naresolve agad!
Call 135000 and get ready your EasyTrip card since you need to re-input again your card details sa app after mo marecover yung account mo.
