Hi everyone. I just got off a call with my boss. Basically napagsabihan ako dahil di ko nagawa ng tama yung job ko. I'm the type of person na dinidibdib ung mga sinasabi sa akin pag pinapagalitan ako hence, why I'm writing this post kasi need ko malabas to.

Tbh mali ko naman talaga. I did not do a specific process na I should have done. Now I think sisilipin nya lahat ng work ko and natatakot ako dahil baka magulat sya na halos lahat ng gawa ko is di nasunod ung company process.

I just need advice from you guys. I need to calm myself down. Nagkaka anxiety ako sa mga gantong scenario talaga.

Kayo ba pano nyo nagagawang kumalma pag napagalitan kayo or pag sobrang anxious nyo na?

For me, I try to tell myself.

'Eh pwede ka naman magresign eh, tagal mo din naman nang gusto mag resign'

'What's the worst that could happen? It's not like pwede ka nilang i-fire dahil lang dyan'

'This too shall pass. Just do better next time'
