I had an interview with a VP, Creative Director for a junior AD role. It was the final round in the interview, I met with 5 (2 senior ADs & 3 Associate CDs) people from the team prior. She didn't ask me to walk her through one of my projects. She just asked me questions about myself, I was not prepared. The previous rounds, they all asked me to walk them through my work.
I forgot to mention some stuff, I don't think I gave good enough answers for some questions. The interview ended 10 minutes early because there were no more questions. I don't think I asked her enough questions. I haven't heard back. I feel like I blew it.
TL;DR: I wasn't expecting a personal question interview & fumbled so many answers. I haven't heard back. I think I blew it. Any advice?
