Want to write a huge video essay but lack the video expertise

I have this idea for a general reflection video essay with some deeper analysis parts for this show because it's meant a lot to me over the years. While I think I could write it before college starts back up again, I can't do the narration and I doubt I have enough editing skills to do the whole video either. Voice overs are very expensive when it comes to long scripts it seems. If anyone else is interested in this, I'd love to hear any suggestions
