[2020 Day 11 part 1] [C++] No idea what's wrong with my code/input, sample works fine

Help - SOLVED!

Yeah, yeah, I know, not working is hardly anything new, but... I tried the sample input and got exactly the same result at every step, including the final answer. My code is a mess as usual but the actual logic should be pretty simple, so I have no idea what weird edge case I could be missing. There's a weird thing, too, that apparently my answer is someone else's (the 3rd time that's happened!) and I Save As'd my input first before clicking on it, which I didn't do before, and... that shouldn't do anything, right? But I have no other ideas at this point...
