Hi lovely people,
Having had my first couple of sessions of EMDR, I'm feeling that it helps me, but maybe I could get more out of it?
Sometimes I feel like I'm just answering what they want me to say, and that I'm just lying to myself when I say feel the tension and stress reduce. I get very anxious the day before and never get a good night sleep when I have a session planned the next day.
Would love to hear about your experiences and if you have any insight or tips how to get the most out of your (limited) EMDR sessions?
