It’s the nature of the game I suppose: A woman posts an ad and receives countless messages of interest from every guy in town. A man, on the other hand, has to commit great time and effort to find a potential partner. In Houston, one of the largest cities in the country, it seems to be one of the driest and most unbalanced (m4f vs f4m) cities I’ve ever lived in. Sure you can pay for it, or join some fetish group where you have to commit to going to meetings to be one of the 30 guys who are lined up to make friends with the only girl who is in attendance. Trying to chat with a lady who then has an air of pretentiousness that accompanies someone who is desired by the entire group, qualities be damned, is an annoyance that has run its course.

I know there are women who have an inherited desire for nurturing and an open mind to the therapeutic benefits of nursing. Lately, they are impossible to find. What does it take, where can I look?
