Plano ko talaga mag-move out someday, just want to know from your experience when it comes to eating and food aspect ng moving out.
I'm curious if living alone has helped you eat and lose weight healthily? How? Mas napakain ba kayo ng unhealthy foods? Nakakalimutan nyo ba kumain? Did meal planning help you? How did you sustain healthy eating habits?
Also side question din, anong professional ang need ko kausapin about issues with body image, weight loss, and eating healthily? . Can I talk to a normal psychologist about this? I'm wary about trainers and di ko din kasi alam kung paano magreachout sa nutritionists and not sure if they deal with mental issues related sa weight and eating habits eh.
