Having trouble renewing PRC ID?

Hi guys. I have a question. I have a Leris account, and I am going to renew my license next week, my account is having a trouble in selecting the RENEWAL transaction. I’ve already tried many times selecting the RENEWAL, but once I entered my profession and licensed number, the “You currently have a transaction with the profession you selected” would appear but I don’t have any pending transactions.
System error? Or ano kaya?
I need to renew my license asap. Anyone na may alam?
