Ang hirap kasi nasanay ako 9 years relationship ngayon single na, ang hirap mag adjust. malungkot, bored, medyo pagod, and maaga pa matulog para bukas 😂.

Basically you need to do the hard work by yourself and train your brain & emotions that you don’t need a partner to fill the void. You are capable of your own. Always put your self first, explore your passions & hobbies. From there you’ll be able to mix & match a routine
