Cheapest place to get glasses?

Hi!! I've been getting my glasses sa ideal vision and EO pero we all know that that can cost 1k-2k at best. I need to save money and i heard that there are places in binondo or manila where you can get multi-coated glasses for 700 with a huge selection of frames.

Please let me know if you know any place within metro manila where you can get your glasses made for 700 or possibly less (?).

or would it be cheaper to buy a frame for maybe 200 or something then get the lenses nalang put in that frame.

Nonetheless, please do let me know!! money is scarce and i need to see alr 👓🥸
