I'm planning to try Rogen E, yung mga na take ko kasi before lakas lang maka antok. Ano oras kaya maganda mag take?
Kung meron din pala kayo suggestion for Male 30yrs old na vitamins please comment nalang.
Active naman ako, 8am start ng work ko sa office and pag out diretso ko sa part time until 9pm.
