I dont know what to do with this sleeping schedule

Hi!
For the past weeks, hirap talaga akong makatulog nang maaga (10pm earlier) kahit na pagod na pagod ako maghapon.
Hindi ko alam gagawin ko. I dont know if it would be alright to take some melatonin? or magnesium? Kase tulad ngayon, it's 2 in the morning, I am sleepy, I know I am tired pero my body wants to stay up pa? I am not really sure if that is logically possible but ganon nararamdaman ko?
I hope someone can help me with this. Huhu thank you!
